The Happy Hormones Programme

Supporting women in midlife to achieve their health goals is my passion. However, I also know one-to-one coaching isn’t always accessible for everyone. That’s why I run a group programme in Bishop's Stortford.

​

The Happy Hormones Programme is a small, face to face group programme for up to 8 women. It lasts for 5 weeks, and the next programme starts in April 2025.

​

It’s suitable for women in their 40s or 50s, who would like to alter their lifestyle to help them cope better with peri/menopause symptoms.  It doesn't matter if you are on HRT or not, but to get the most out of the programme you need to be ready and willing to make changes.

​

You’ll discover ways to eat, sleep, think and move to keep your hormones happy and reduce many of the symptoms that can impact you throughout perimenopause, menopause and beyond.  â€‹Each session will include education around a nutrition or wellbeing topic, the use of a health coaching tool to learn more about yourself on this journey of change and time for discussion to share successes, progress, tips etc.

Yoga Friends

Where: The Happy Hormones Programme will take place at The New Apton Centre, 22A Apton Road, Bishop’s Stortford CM23 3SN

When: Tuesday evenings, 7-8.30pm on

22nd & 29th April, 6th, 13th & 20th May

​

Spaces: Limited to only 8 people, so don’t delay booking!

Investment: £99 for 5 weeks (Early bird: £89 until 1st April)
