In my signature programme 'The Midlife REBOOT', we look at your life as a whole – especially with regards to the four foundations of health: Nutrition, Sleep, Self care and Movement - to identify areas where you would like/need to make improvements.
​
Part of the Midlife REBOOT programme, involves examining your current eating habits and working together to make practical and achievable changes, so that you're nourishing your body and mind with wholesome foods to support you in perimenopause and beyond. These changes will be aimed at adding foods to help balance your blood sugar levels, which will sustain your energy throughout the day and reduce cravings for sugar or caffeine, with the added benefit of achieving your ideal weight.

My coaching style is realistic, balanced, and compassionate. We'll start by assessing your current situation, creating a vision for the ‘new you’, and setting realistic goals to improve your overall health and wellbeing. Throughout the coaching process, I'll support you in overcoming any barriers or challenges you may face, help you to reassess your values and priorities, and identify and address any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back.

As your coach, I'll provide ongoing support, encouragement, and accountability until these new, healthier habits become second nature to you.
